GEORGETOWN, South Carolina – It might’ve taken him over 1,000 miles of running up and down the Intercoastal Waterway between Winyah Bay and Charleston Bay,  but South Carolina pro Britt Myers made every mile count. Fishing his home waters and fueled by a rowdy hometown crowd, the amiable Myers claimed his first Elite Series victory with 56 pounds, 3 ounces.
